SPEECH AND LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT

Initial or Review Assessment:
Your child will be seen for - 75 minutes (£250) or
120 minutes (£400)
Appointments take place in your home or child's education setting
The assessment will include information gathering, observation, informal and/or formal assessment and will be tailored to your child's needs
You will receive a report ( report writing time is included) detailing your child’s strengths and difficulties. Information about the assessment and findings will be included alongside personalised targets and strategies if they are required
Reports are usually emailed within 14 days after the assessment
Travel costs are included if the appointment is within a 5-mile radius from Horley, Surrey. See area map (email info@unlock-you.co.uk for other queries)

Blocks of therapy sessions can be booked - Four 30 minute sessions (to be booked weekly)
- Four 40 minute sessions ( to be booked weekly)
- Six 60 minutes sessions (to be booked weekly)
Appointments take place in your home or child's education setting
After an assessment or review appointment, therapy may be recommended
A therapy session lasts for 30, 40 or 60 minutes and will involve working on agreed aims and/or targets
Most therapy sessions will require a family or staff member to continue working on activities so your child can make maximum progress and generalise learnt skills into other settings
After an assessment or a review appointment, we may recommend a one off demonstration session, this will be charged at £100 per 60 minute session

3 Month coaching programme to unlock your potential and reach your goals - Four 60 minutes sessions (to be booked biweekly over 3 month - £500 a month (3 month total £1500)
Video call appointments take place via zoom (In person appointments available if preferred
During the first session we will set goals to get clear on what you would like to achieve
Sessions will be personalised depending on your goals and current needs
Approaches and techniques used include Emotional Freedom technique (EFT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), clinical hypnosis and TIME techniques
